Well if you are going to shop, you always think, hope, expects that sellers will treat you well and be polite for you, most of the times they do, but we can’t expect such politeness from street sellers (payment small shops) yet they also sometimes be so polite. So what the big fuss, fuss is sometimes customers expects more than what could give by the seller, hence customers knows that employee’s who serving to them has to be courtliness despite whatever mistake they do (mistakes by the customers)
“Customers oriented companies” where customers do expect something that they can be trust for dependable, etc. And Management always thriving for satisfies customer needs no matter what the stakes are. Anyhow only the employees who caught in the middle and strangle to death, by the way there is no any incentives for the employees for baring insult from the customers, yet trainers always say don’t take it personally be yourself in customers shoes, true, for sometimes, but does Management ever think from employees point of view, What? No way there is no such thing call employee orientated company if so it’s must be Heaven or somewhere people won’t thriving for money or any other bargains.
“Customers is the King” so if you let a fool to be a king? Think again; move on, if Management asking go an extra mile behalf of the customers tell them do it by their self.
